What does PropertyProof do?

PropertyProof is being developed as an independent buyer-side property review and coordination service. The planned work combines agreed records and observations with appropriate professional review. It does not provide listings, title insurance, escrow, or automatic purchase approval.

Which review answers your question?

If you have several questions, agree the workstreams before selecting a combined report. “Comprehensive” should describe the agreed scope, not suggest that every risk has been checked.

Questions about choosing a service

Do I need all five services?

Not necessarily. The relevant checks depend on the property, the available documents, your intended use, and the decision you are approaching. Some workstreams may be combined in one agreed scope.

How will timing be confirmed?

The scope review will consider record needs, missing documents, access arrangements, and specialist availability. A turnaround should be confirmed after those dependencies are understood.

What happens after I join a service waitlist?

Your selected service and buying stage are recorded. We will contact you when the service is ready. Scope, professional responsibilities, availability, and engagement terms are agreed separately; joining does not book an audit.

Prepare before requesting a review

Keep the listing, location, available document references, and your question list together. You can join without a complete document pack. Share confidential files only through an agreed secure channel later.
