Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the PropertyProof service waitlist. Services are being prepared; joining does not create an audit engagement or a professional-client relationship.

What the form collects

Your name, email, selected service, buying stage, an optional public property link, and a timestamped record of your contact consent. Please do not submit identity documents, deeds, bank details, or confidential property files through this waitlist.

Why we collect it

To record interest in the selected service, understand which services buyers need, and contact you about availability and next steps. The consent applies to service-related contact; it does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

How submissions are handled

The public site stores waitlist submissions in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare also hosts the website. Records are available to the site administrator and are not displayed publicly. Request limits use your connection’s IP address at the edge; the waitlist database does not store that address. Local development uses a private local file for testing. No customer documents are accepted at this stage.

Your choices

Joining is optional and requires no payment. When contacted, you can reply to ask that your waitlist information be corrected or removed, or to stop further service-related messages.

About this early-access service

PropertyProof manages this service-interest waitlist. We keep records while preparing the selected services and arranging service-related contact. The operating company details, a direct privacy contact, and the terms for an audit engagement will be provided before any paid service is offered. This waitlist does not accept payments or confidential documents.
